Objective: To share my knowledge and experiences on yoga with everyone.

Background: Thanks to my friend who taught me about yoga during summer holidays. I wanted to learn yoga to get rid of my lower back pain (I earned this at my part time work) and yoga really helped me very well. Since then my practice has been very consistent.

What can be expected? I am not a yoga guru. I do all my yoga workouts at home and this is intended for all who wants to do simple yoga poses right from home. I will post all the poses and its purpose.
